You can delete your RightPitch account yourself — either from inside the
app under Profile › Delete account, or with the
form below if you no longer have the app installed.
Enter your registered email address and we’ll send you a
confirmation link. Once you confirm, your account is scheduled for
deletion in 30 days. Nothing is removed during that
period — log in at any time before it ends and choose
“Cancel deletion” to keep your account.
RightPitch is a collaborative platform, so some of what you contributed
belongs to shared spaces as much as to you. Messages you sent in group
conversations, and ideas you worked on with a team, stay visible to
those teams so their work remains intact — but they are no longer linked
to you, and appear as “Deleted User”.
Contracts you have signed are kept with their signing details, because
they are legal records the other parties rely on, along with any related
financial records we are required to retain. See our
Privacy Policy for details.
If a contract is waiting on your signature, or you have meetings booked
with other people, we’ll ask you to resolve those first so nobody
is left waiting on you. You’ll be told exactly what needs doing.
You’re welcome to sign up again in future. A new account starts
fresh — your previous data cannot be restored.
